About the Role
We have partnered with a company that is a leader in the provision of Risk and Compliance Auditing andManagement services to the built property sector, whose clients are some of the largest corporations inAustralia.
As aCustomer Support Associate,you will manage a range of administrative tasks, including handling inbound and outbound calls, raising work orders, coordinating with contractors for urgent tasks, and processing various invoices. You will also handle sign-off tickets and insurance documentation while responding to email queries and updates. You'll track and close outstanding jobs within agreed KPIs to maintain operational efficiency.
