Customer Support Associate (Graveyard Shift)

Graveyard| Fulltime | Iloilo (Onsite Setup)

About The Role

We have partnered with a company that is a leader in the provision of Risk and Compliance Auditing and Management services to the built property sector, whose clients are some of the largest corporations in Australia.

As a Customer Support Associate, you will manage a range of administrative tasks, including handling inbound and outbound calls, raising work orders, coordinating with contractors for urgent tasks, and processing various invoices. You will also handle sign-off tickets and insurance documentation while responding to email queries and updates. Youll track and close outstanding jobs within agreed KPIs to maintain operational efficiency.

What Youll Be Working On

  • Interpreting and validating clients needs
  • Action an appropriate service response to resolve issues
  • Accurate data capture / entry
  • Effectively communicate with clients and contractors
  • Ensure internal and external service standards are met
  • Tracking and closure of outstanding jobs within agreed KPIs
  • Participate in system and staff development

What Were Looking For

  • Fresh graduates or with 2 years customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (phone and email)
  • Proficiency in problem-solving
  • Possesses excellent people skills
  • Basic Knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in working in a customer service role is a plus.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail is essential.
  • Capacity to perform both individually and as a highly effective team member
  • Able to prioritize, multitask, and efficiently manage time.

Job Type: Full-time, Graveyard shift (7 PM- 4 AM)

Onsite (Iloilo Office): Bldg. 2, 2nd Floor of Nelly Garden, Jaro, Iloilo City
