Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid position based in Malolos, with opportunities for remote work. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your day-to-day tasks will include managing customer interactions via various communication channels, maintaining a high level of professionalism, and working closely with the team to continuously improve the customer experience. You will be a key player in representing the company's values and ensuring a seamless customer journey.

Qualifications
  • Competence in Customer Service and Customer Support
  • Proven ability to maintain Customer Satisfaction and enhance the Customer Experience
  • Strong understanding of Customer Service Representatives roles and responsibilities
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to a hybrid working environment with remote and in-office responsibilities
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles is preferred
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management tools is a plus
