- Provide professional, timely, and empathetic support to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with account management, product setup, billing inquiries, and troubleshooting technical issues
- Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in CRM and ticketing systems
- Follow established processes and procedures while seeking opportunities to improve the customer experience
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary
- Ensure compliance with customer service standards, policies, and data privacy regulations
- Collaborate with teams to resolve recurring issues and identify process improvements
- Stay current on products, services, and updates to provide accurate information to customers
Qualification And Requirements
- 23 years of experience in customer service, technical support, or any related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and provide clear explanations
- Experience using CRM and support tools; knowledge in call center software is preferred
- High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Team-oriented, patient, and adaptable to fast-paced environments
- Bachelors degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
- Willingness and ability to work US hours (night shift, PH time)
