Asiatel Outsourcing (Asia Teleservices Inc.), a rapidly growing BPO company established in 2006 with over 200 employees, provides exceptional outsourcing services to global clients. We are currently expanding our International Remittance Account and looking for skilled and customer-focused CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE to join our team.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
- Process remittance transactions in compliance with local and international regulations.
- Provide accurate information, issue resolutions, and product education to customers.
- Maintain updated customer records in CRM systems.
- Support multiple client products while ensuring top-notch customer experience.
- Collaborate with team leaders and management to meet performance goals.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of BPO experience in an international account.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in Money Service Business or remittance processing is an advantage.
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of CRM systems.
- Amenable to shifting schedules, including weekends.
- Willing to work onsite in Ortigas Center, Pasig.
