We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping others.

Job Description

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Process orders, returns, exchanges, and account updates.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions.
  • Provide product and service information to customers.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Follow company policies and customer service standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a BPO, call center, or customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with CRM software and customer support tools is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
