We are looking for a Customer Service Associate who will be the first point of contact for our customers. The role focuses on handling customer inquiries through phone calls, online inquiries, and walkin visits, ensuring clear communication and professional assistance at all times.
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, online platforms (chat, email, or social media), and walk-in visits.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and company policies.
- Record, track, and escalate customer concerns or requests to the appropriate department.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers across all channels.
- Document customer interactions and prepare simple reports as needed.
- Support basic administrative tasks related to customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Agriculture or any related field (preferred).
- 12 years of experience in customer service, or related roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in dealing with different types of customers.
- Tech-savvy and willing to learn new platforms and tools as needed.
- Friendly, approachable, and service-oriented.
- Must be able to communicate well in English and Tagalog.
- Must be neat with good penmanship.
