Job Description

ONE DAY HIRING | VIRTUAL PROCESS

Start Date is November 25, 2025 (Tuesday)

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls from patients, members, or providers regarding healthcare benefits and services.
  • Assist with inquiries about coverage, claims status, billing, and enrollment.
  • Provide clear, accurate information and ensure each call is resolved with professionalism and empathy.
  • Update customer accounts and document call interactions properly in the system.
  • Follow HIPAA and company data privacy guidelines at all times.
  • Meet performance metrics including customer satisfaction, quality, and attendance.
  • Collaborate with team leads and supervisors for escalations or process updates.

Qualifications

  • High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), SHS Graduate, or College Level.
  • No BPO experience required we welcome first-time applicants.
  • Basic/Good English communication and listening skills.
  • Basic computer navigation skills.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays depending on peak season demand.
  • Can work onsite.
