Customer Service Assistant

The main objective of the position is to execute various Reporting & Order Management activities, giving summarized data to support Supply Chain Strategic Objectives in an effective, accurate, and timely manner.

About the job:

• Order management reporting.Own and gather the needed data for the group to collectively evaluate our performance to end customers.

• Basic Order management processing

• Delivery information processing

• Actively participate in regional continuous improvement and lean projects.

• Identify, and bring to resolution any reporting deficiencies and inaccuracies

• Analyze and report mutually agreed upon goals and objectives:

a. Customer Fill Rate, Satisfaction Levels, & Service KPI's

b. Sample fulfillment

c. Order Acknowledgement

d. E-commerce and automation (EDI, Business Center and Business WH)

e. Logistical complaints

• Inform the appropriate individuals of any issues that come to your attention though-out the analysis process.

• Other duties as assigned.

About you:

• Associate degree, two-year technical/trade degree, or equivalent preferred

• Five to seven years of experience

• Proficient in MS Office

• Analytical skills

• Strong communication skills

• Experience with SAP preferred

• High attention to detail
