Job Description

GrowthAssistant is looking for a Customer Onboarding Specialist to help clients get set up and succeed from day one. You'll configure hotel accounts during onboarding, schedule and manage touchpoints, respond to client inquiries, escalate issues, and support process documentation and special projects.

This role is perfect for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and confident in client-facing communication across multiple channels.

Compensation & Perks

Salary Range: Up to 50,000/month / $5/hour (Final offer based on skills and experience matched to role requirements)

Work Setup: 100% permanent work-from-home

Bonuses:

  • $25 monthly perfect attendance bonus Performance bonus
  • Anniversary bonus (5,000 at 1 year; 10,000 at 2 years)

What You'll Do

  • Setup and configure hotels during onboarding and registration
  • Schedule or reschedule CSM touchpoints: training, business reviews, health checks, QBRs
  • Respond promptly to client questions via phone, email, and chat
  • Escalate client issues as needed
  • Create and maintain SOPs / process documentation
  • Manage outbound communications: scheduling, follow-ups, and touchpoints via phone/email
  • Perform ad hoc administrative tasks, business operations support, and special projects

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years experience as a T2 Technical Customer Success Manager or Specialist
  • 1+ year experience with Salesforce Service Cloud (or similar CX tool)
  • Strong English verbal and written communication; confident with outbound calls
  • Passion for client interaction and problem-solving over the phone
  • Basic to intermediate Excel / Google Sheets skills for reporting
  • Proven ability to follow process documentation accurately
  • Ability to work in any US time zone

Nice-to-Have

  • Background in sales training for CX/CS associates
  • Experience with Linear, Notion, or similar tools for ticket management/project tasks
  • Familiarity with Salesloft, Zoom, or similar tools for call tracking/outreach
  • Basic to intermediate HTML skills
  • Comfortable with Slack and Gmail for internal communication
