- Market Insight: Collect and analyze market information including customer needs, competitor dynamics, and major competitors to support marketing planning.
- Marketing Activities Planning: Plan activities such as media promotion, exhibitions, training sessions, observation meetings, etc., to enhance the brand influence in the region.
Job Qualification
Education: College diploma, bachelor's degree or above
Work Experience: More than 3 years in marketing, sales or business development; sales experience in agricultural machinery or intelligent manufacturing is preferred.
Major: Majors in marketing, business management, agricultural engineering, or related fields preferred
Industry Background: Candidates with agricultural equipment or industrial manufacturing background, familiar with market trends, customer needs, and marketing models are preferred
Language Requirements: Certain English listening and speaking skills are desirable
Essential Skills: Solid business negotiation and contract signing skills, able to independently complete high-quality business negotiations
Soft Skills: Strong communication and coordination skills, pressure resistance, able to adapt to market expansion work pace
