Job Description

  • Sucat, Paranaque
  • Monday to Friday | 8am-5pm | Onsite (with fieldwork for Sales)
  • Saturday | 8am-12nn | WFH

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as Sales with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role within the food industry.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or any related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and CRM tools.
  • Knowledge in planning, customer business planning and joint business planning.
  • Proven experience in handling HORECA or restaurant accounts.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship management and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Preferably with familiarity with foodservice operations or experience from food importers, processors, or vegetable distributors.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies & account plans to achieve business targets within the HORECA and FSR channels.
  • Manage relationships with key accounts such as Bistro Group, The Moment Group, Andok's, and other local restaurant chains.
  • Identify business opportunities, negotiate commercial agreements, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Lead and mentor the Customer Development Executive assigned under the HORECA segment.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure account alignment on pricing, promotions, and product availability.
  • Prepare and present business reviews, forecasts, and performance updates to management.
  • Conduct joint business planning sessions with partners to identify growth opportunities and optimize product mix.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned either individually or as part of a committee.
