About the Role
As a Customer Business DevelopmentManager, you will be the trusted partner for our existing clientsowning the relationship end-to-end while identifying opportunities to expand and grow accounts. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for key client matters, align internal teams to deliver results, and play a vital role in driving new business from existing and prospective clients.
What You'll Do
Key Accounts Management
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key clients to ensure long-term retention
- Understand client goals, challenges, and industry context to deliver tailored strategic solutions
- Identify account expansion opportunities and execute selling strategies to drive revenue growth
- Act as the main point of contact for all key client concerns, ensuring seamless internal and external communication
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms while balancing profitability and strategic alignment
Client Relationship Building & Issue Resolution
- Proactively resolve client issues and anticipate evolving needs
- Conduct regular account reviews, performance tracking, and strategic planning sessions
- Use data-driven insights (forecasts, performance metrics, trends) to optimize account growth and satisfaction
- Identify retention risks early and implement value-driven mitigation strategies
Capability & Reporting
- Deliver analytical business insights, reports, forecasts, and recommendations to internal stakeholders
- Conduct field-level coaching and training for distributors and sales teams to strengthen execution excellence
What We're Looking For
Experience
- At least 5 years of experience in Institutional Sales, B2B Sales, or Key Accounts Management
- Proven background in client prospecting, customer profiling, negotiation, order management, and relationship management
- Strong business acumen with a clear understanding of customer and market dynamics
Education
- Bachelor's degree in business management, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
