Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will oversee the development and configuration of software systems, ensuring they meet the needs of the project lifecycle. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members, managing project timelines, and providing solutions to challenges that arise during the development process. You will engage with various stakeholders to ensure alignment and drive the project towards successful completion. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices within the team. - Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines. - Support team members in their professional development and growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Oracle Financials. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices. - Experience with database management and data integration techniques. - Proficient in project management tools and techniques. - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Financials. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required
