Summary: As an Application Lead, you will oversee the design, development, and configuration of applications, serving as the main point of contact for project stakeholders. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure project goals are met, providing guidance to your team, and addressing any challenges that arise during the application development process. You will also engage in strategic discussions to align project outcomes with organizational objectives, ensuring a smooth workflow and effective communication across all levels. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices within the team. - Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards. - Support team members in their professional development and skill enhancement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Financials. - Strong understanding of financial management processes and best practices. - Experience in application design and configuration within Oracle JD Edwards. - Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving application-related issues. - Familiarity with integration processes between Oracle JD Edwards and other systems. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Financials. - This position is based at our Manila office.
