Job Description
We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to assist customers with inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive overall experience across different communication channels.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
- Provide accurate information about services, accounts, and processes
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally
- Accurately document all interactions and updates
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors when needed
Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction standards
Schedule & Training
- Shifting schedules, including nights and weekends
- Paid training on customer service tools and company processes
Requirements
- K–12 Graduate / Senior High School Graduate
- At least 1 year BPO experience
- Strong English communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer knowledge and multitasking ability
- Must be willing to work onsite in Davao City
- Stable internet connection at home
