Role Description
The Training Manager will oversee and lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of training programs to ensure the professional growth and skill enhancement of VXI Global Solutions employees. Key responsibilities include creating training materials, facilitating learning sessions, analyzing training effectiveness, and providing coaching to team members. This full-time role is on-site and based in Davao. The Training Manager will collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment with company goals and maintain high training standards.
