Role Description

The Training Manager will oversee and lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of training programs to ensure the professional growth and skill enhancement of VXI Global Solutions employees. Key responsibilities include creating training materials, facilitating learning sessions, analyzing training effectiveness, and providing coaching to team members. This full-time role is on-site and based in Davao. The Training Manager will collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment with company goals and maintain high training standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in developing, implementing, and delivering training programs, including content creation and facilitation
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and coach staff for professional growth
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities for effective delivery of training sessions
  • Proven problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to address challenges and drive performance improvement
  • Experience in curriculum design, learning management systems (LMS), and data analysis of training outcomes is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with BPO processes and customer service standards is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Education, Business, or a related field preferred
