Duty Manager

Park Inn by Radisson Davao is a 202-room hotel conveniently located next to the SM Lanang Premier shopping complex and SMX Convention Center, making it an accessible destination for both leisure and business travelers. This is a full-time, on-site role located at Park Inn by Radisson in Davao for a Duty Manager. The Duty Manager will oversee the hotel's daily operations to ensure smooth functioning and exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities include supervising staff, handling guest inquiries and complaints, ensuring adherence to hotel policies, and coordinating with different departments to address daily operational needs. The Duty Manager will also monitor service quality standards and assist in providing guests with a welcoming and memorable stay.

• Leadership and team management skills to supervise and coordinate staff effectively
• Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities to address guest needs and concerns
• Strong organizational and time management skills to ensure smooth daily operations
• Advanced communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with both guests and internal teams
• Knowledge of hotel operations, including handling reservations, room maintenance, and front office functions
• Ability to work on-site, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced environment
• Prior hospitality or hotel management experience is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage
