Overview
We are hiring a CRM Lead to manage and optimize SMS campaigns focused on retention, reactivation, and player value across casino, sportsbook, and promotional segments.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage weekly/monthly SMS campaign calendars
- Launch scheduled and trigger-based messages (bonuses, reactivation, reminders)
- Segment users using behavior, transactions, and player cohorts (VIPs, new depositors, churn risks)
- Develop clear, high-converting SMS copy
- Track delivery rates, CTR, opt-outs, conversions, and campaign costs
- Coordinate with SMS gateways/telco partners for throughput, APIs, and issue escalation
- Ensure all SMS communications comply with ASC, PAGCOR, and telco guidelines
Requirements
- 3+ years in CRM, retention, or lifecycle marketing (gaming/e-commerce/fintech preferred)
- Hands-on experience running high-volume SMS campaigns and A/B testing
- Strong segmentation and lifecycle journey knowledge
- Experience with telco dashboards, SMS platforms, or CRM tools
- Familiarity with SMS + Viber + email/push workflows
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and confident with performance reporting
