Work Arrangement: Work From Office
Location: Philippines - Pampanga (Angeles) / Ortigas

Job description:
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and approve asset finance and consumer loan applications in line with lender policies and internal risk frameworks
- Analyse and interpret:
- Bank statements (cash flow & conduct analysis)
- Credit reports including illion and Equifax
- Payslips, employment verification, and income consistency
- Personal and business tax returns
- Conduct serviceability calculations for consumer lending scenarios
- Structure deals to align with lender appetite and maximise approval outcomes
- Identify risks and escalate complex scenarios where required
- Maintain strong turnaround times in a high-paced environment
- Oversee, train, and manage the offshore credit team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Implement and maintain credit assessment processes and quality controls
- Liaise with lenders, and internal stakeholders to drive outcomes
- Report on credit performance, pipeline, and team productivity to Australian management
Qualification and requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience in the Australian finance industry
- (Brokerage, non-bank lender, or asset finance company preferred)
- Strong experience in both:
- Asset finance (commercial & equipment)
- Consumer lending (secured & unsecured)
- Proven ability to:
- Read and analyse bank statements and financial documents
- Interpret illion and Equifax credit reports
- Assess payslips and tax returns
- Perform accurate loan servicing calculations
- Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced credit environment
- Strong understanding of Australian lending policies and compliance requirements
- Leadership experience managing or mentoring junior/offshore staff (preferred)
- Excellent attention to detail and decision-making capability

Non-negotiable skills & requirements:
