Job Description
We're hiring an experienced Associate Counsel to support our digital financial businesses. You'll advise the business on regulatory matters; draft and review contracts; assist with regulator engagement; and work closely with HQ and local legal, compliance, business and other teams.
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with at least 3-6 years post-qualification experience in financial services regulations and products. Prior in-house experience is preferred but not essential.
- Strong working knowledge of financial services laws, the industry and products (especially payments and consumer lending products) in Philippines.
- Proven ability to manage complex matters, tight timelines and stakeholders, and to execute projects effectively.
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills for contracts.
- Fluency in oral and written English.
