The Credit and Collection Officer (Tagum) is responsible for documenting and checking collection and payment activities of the mall, including release of collection letters and reconciliation of partners accounts. They perform the ff. functions:
- Analysis of Partner's accounts
- Resolving Billing & Collection-related concerns
- Collection of the monthly rent of mall partners
- Monitoring & posting of BIR Form 2307
- Preparation of monthly reports
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Finance or related degree
- With at least 2 years of relevant experience in billing and collection/accounts receivables.
- SAP Know-How (S4 hana is an advantage)
- Familiar with Vlookup, Pivot and other useful/applicable Excel techniques
- Willing to be assigned at Robinsons Tagum, Davao del Norte.
