About the Role

The Creative Specialist plays a strategic role in driving revenue growth by transforming brand and product narratives into high-performing marketplace visuals that influence purchase decisions at scale. This role directly impacts global eCommerce performance, supporting measurable DTC growth targets while shaping digital storefront experiences.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in digital design within marketplace or eCommerce environments
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and tools such as Canva, CapCut, and MidJourney
  • Experience designing Amazon A+ Content, B+ Content, storefronts, and eCommerce assets
  • Strong attention to detail and visual consistency

Key Responsibilities

  • Design product imagery, A+ Content, B+ Content, and marketplace visuals to improve discoverability, awareness, consideration, and conversion
  • Create campaign creative assets for PPC, paid social, and promotional launches
  • Partner with Brand Managers, Account Managers, and Paid Media Specialists to align creative with campaign strategies and KPIs
  • Maintain brand consistency across digital storefronts and product lines
  • Audit existing creative assets and update based on performance data, competitive trends, and seasonal priorities
  • Collaborate with Brand and Product teams on packaging and visual identity projects
  • Use testing tools such as PickFu to validate and optimize creative design
  • Research and evaluate new AI platforms that improve creative efficiency and share insights with the team

KPIs

  • Support delivery of USD 600K in DTC gross sales growth
  • Deliver creative assets on time with minimal revision cycles
  • Improve engagement and conversion rates through creative optimization
  • Maintain consistent and up-to-date marketplace storefronts
