Marketing & Creative Manager

Role Overview

The Marketing & Creative Manager leads the planning and execution of strategic marketing initiatives for real estate projects, driving brand visibility, qualified lead generation, and sales conversion. This role is responsible for building compelling property narratives, managing multi-channel campaigns, and ensuring all marketing efforts align with project positioning and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the marketing and creative team, ensuring efficient execution of campaigns, content, and project deliverables.
  • Develop and implement project-based marketing strategies for property launches, pre-selling, and ongoing sales efforts.
  • Drive lead generation campaigns across digital platforms (Facebook, Google, property portals) and offline channels.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team and brokers to align marketing strategies with sales targets, buyer profiles, and market conditions.
  • Build strong project branding and positioning, including naming, messaging, and visual identity.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing collaterals such as brochures, site hoardings, digital ads, presentations, and video content.
  • Manage and optimize digital assets, including the project website, landing pages, and social media channels, ensuring timely response to inquiries.
  • Plan and execute property launches, open houses, site events, and activations to drive buyer engagement.
  • Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and market demand to refine marketing and pricing strategies.
  • Work with external agencies, suppliers, and media partners to ensure high-quality and cost-effective execution.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance (leads, cost per lead, conversion rates) and recommend improvements.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2–3 years in real estate, property development, or brokerage marketing.
  • Proven experience handling project launches and lead generation campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, CRM tools, property listing sites).
  • Experience working closely with sales teams and brokers is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) and video editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) is an advantage.
