About The Role
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented
Creative Designer to join our Creative & Marketing team. This is a hands-on role supporting both internal stakeholders and external clients across presentations, digital marketing, branding, motion graphics, and website content.
The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines independently while maintaining a high standard of quality and brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Create charts, diagrams, infographics, and data visualizations that effectively communicate complex information.
- Build and maintain presentation templates while ensuring consistent branding across all deliverables.
- Transform written content into polished, visually engaging presentations.
- Design email marketing assets, event invitations, newsletters, and campaign materials.
- Support branding and creative projects for both internal and client-facing requirements.
- Create creative assets for LinkedIn and other digital channels.
- Update website content, images, and pages through a CMS.
- Produce light motion graphics and perform basic video editing.
- Support creative quality control, workflow management, and organization of creative resources.
- Coordinate with external vendors, photographers, and suppliers when required.
- Maintain marketing collateral, documentation, and creative asset libraries.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders and clients to understand requirements and deliver creative solutions.
Technical Competencies
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Word.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly:
- Adobe InDesign
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Strong presentation design and layout skills.
- Experience creating charts, infographics, diagrams, and data visualizations.
- Working knowledge of AI-powered design tools.
- Basic motion graphics, animation, and video editing skills.
- Experience updating websites through a CMS.
- Strong understanding of branding and visual consistency.
- Experience maintaining creative assets, templates, and marketing collateral.
Non-Technical Competencies:
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Highly organized with strong workflow and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and external clients.

Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in brand identity and brand development.
- Adobe After Effects.
- Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Adobe XD.
- Experience with email marketing platforms.
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Experience with SharePoint.
- Experience with Squarespace or similar website platforms.
- Background in financial services, consulting, private equity, or other professional services industries.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Strong portfolio demonstrating presentation design and/or corporate design experience.
- Proven experience producing professional, high-quality creative assets across multiple formats.
- Experience working in a corporate or professional services environment is advantageous.
