Job Description

  • Create visually engaging designs for digital and print materials
  • Develop social media graphics, marketing materials, presentations, brochures, advertisements, and other promotional content
  • Design and maintain brand-consistent visual assets for Elite Translations
  • Collaborate with the marketing and management teams to develop creative concepts and campaigns
  • Create graphics and visual content for websites, social media platforms, email campaigns, and other digital channels
  • Edit photos, videos, and other multimedia content as needed
  • Ensure all designs follow the company's branding guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity
  • Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards
  • Research current design trends and identify creative opportunities to improve the company's visual presence
  • Revise designs based on feedback from management and relevant teams

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Proven experience as a Creative Designer, Graphic Designer, Multimedia Designer, or similar role
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, design skills, and versatility
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, or equivalent tools
  • Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is an advantage
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual branding
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Creative, resourceful, and open to feedback
