Cost Accountant

As we continue our rapid expansion, we're looking for a Senior Cost Accounting Analyst who will play a critical role in driving cost efficiency, improving profitability, and supporting strategic business decisions across our operations.

What You'll Do

• Product costing, standard cost updates, and cost variance analysis.
• Prepare accurate cost reports and profitability analyses to support management decisions.
• Manage inventory accounting, reconciliations, and inventory valuation.
• Oversee physical inventory counts and cycle count programs.
• Support month-end closing activities related to costing and inventory.
• Analyze production, purchasing, and operational costs to identify savings opportunities.
• Monitor and maintain costing data within the ERP system.
• Recommend process improvements that enhance cost controls and operational efficiency.
• Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Commissary, and Operations to strengthen financial performance.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or Management Accounting, Finance
• At least 4–6 years of experience in Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, or Financial Planning & Analysis
• Strong knowledge of product costing, inventory management, and cost variance analysis
• Experience in manufacturing, food production, FMCG, retail, or the restaurant industry is highly preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business partnering skills
• Detail-oriented and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
