Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Makati for a Corporate, Tax, and Litigation Lawyer. The role involves advising clients on corporate and tax laws, assisting with compliance matters, drafting legal contracts, and handling litigation cases. Responsibilities include researching legal issues, preparing legal briefs, representing clients in court proceedings, and providing strategic legal guidance to resolve disputes effectively and uphold clients interests.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Corporate Law, Tax Law, and Litigation
• Proficient in drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts and agreements
• Excellent legal research and analytical skills
• Strong capabilities in negotiation, advocacy, and litigation representation
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• An understanding of regulatory compliance and public law frameworks
• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or Juris Doctor (JD) degree with a valid license to practice law
• Prior experience in corporate legal practice, tax consultancy, or litigation is an advantage
