The Sales Executive for Solar Distribution is responsible for managing and expanding the companys distribution network, driving sales growth through channel partners, and ensuring efficient product availability in target markets. This role focuses on building strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and resellers while achieving sales targets and market penetration.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a network of distributors, dealers, and channel partners
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Identify new distribution opportunities and expand market coverage
- Maintain strong relationships with existing distributors to ensure consistent sales performance
- Monitor distributor inventory levels and ensure proper stock availability
- Conduct regular market visits to evaluate performance and gather competitor insights
- Implement sales strategies, promotions, and incentive programs for partners
- Coordinate with logistics and operations to ensure timely product delivery
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
- Provide product training and support to distributors and their sales teams
Qualifications
