We're looking for a proactive and client-focused Corporate Accident & Health (A&H) Portfolio Officer to manage and grow our corporate A&H insurance portfolio. You'll work closely with clients, partners, and internal teams to deliver tailored insurance solutions, support portfolio growth, and ensure smooth operations.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in accident & health insurance, corporate insurance, or portfolio management.
- Strong knowledge of A&H products and client servicing.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and insurance-related software.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings or training, if required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities to grow the corporate A&H portfolio.
- Support client acquisition and retention strategies alongside the sales and marketing teams.
- Assist in designing and implementing A&H insurance products for corporate clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for corporate clients and partners regarding policies, claims, and product inquiries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, agents, and distribution partners.
- Ensure accurate processing of policies and smooth coordination with underwriting, claims, and finance teams.
- Prepare reports and presentations on portfolio performance, market trends, and opportunities.
- Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
