Job Description

We're looking for a proactive and client-focused Corporate Accident & Health (A&H) Portfolio Officer to manage and grow our corporate A&H insurance portfolio. You'll work closely with clients, partners, and internal teams to deliver tailored insurance solutions, support portfolio growth, and ensure smooth operations.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in accident & health insurance, corporate insurance, or portfolio management.
  • Strong knowledge of A&H products and client servicing.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and insurance-related software.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings or training, if required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze market trends and identify opportunities to grow the corporate A&H portfolio.
  • Support client acquisition and retention strategies alongside the sales and marketing teams.
  • Assist in designing and implementing A&H insurance products for corporate clients.
  • Act as the main point of contact for corporate clients and partners regarding policies, claims, and product inquiries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, agents, and distribution partners.
  • Ensure accurate processing of policies and smooth coordination with underwriting, claims, and finance teams.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on portfolio performance, market trends, and opportunities.
  • Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
