POSITION TITLE: Corporate Finance & Business Partnering Manager

REPORTS TO: SVP and COO

DEPARTMENT: Finance

SUPERVISES: Finance Operation

ROLE LEVEL: Senior Manager

RESPONSIBLE FOR: Driving financial planning, reporting, and analysis to support profitability, decision-making, audit readiness, and overall business performance

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY: The Corporate Finance & Business Partnering Manager is a senior strategic role responsible for elevating the company's financial governance, reporting accuracy, and commercial decision supportaligned with the enhanced requirements of the new shareholder.

The role integrates corporate finance, financial reporting, audit readiness, technical accounting, strategic FP&A, and cross-functional business partnering, significantly exceeding the former FP&A responsibilities.

This position requires a CPA with Big 4 audit experience, capable of managing complex financial environments, strengthening internal controls, and providing actionable insights to Sales, Marketing, Medical, Supply Chain, and Management.

Responsibilities

1. Corporate Financial Reporting & Governance

Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).

Ensure accuracy, completeness, IFRS alignment, and compliance with shareholder reporting standards.

Strengthen financial governance frameworks to meet higher internal control expectations.

Develop policies, controls, and financial processes aligned with corporate risk management requirements.

2. Audit & Compliance Leadership

Act as primary liaison with external auditors.

Prepare audit schedules, working papers, and ensure timely closure of audit findings.

Lead improvements in internal controls, documentation, and compliance with regulatory and shareholder expectations.

Drive remediation actions for audit observations and compliance gaps.

3. Financial Planning, Forecasting & Strategic Analysis

Lead the entire budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning process.

Build and maintain scenario models, business cases, ROI analyses, and profitability studies.

Provide insights into revenue drivers, margin improvements, cost optimization, and investment decisions.

Evaluate financial implications of new product lines, route-to-market strategies, and expansion initiatives.

4. Business Partnering & Decision Support

Work closely with HR, Trade Sales, Medical Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and Operations.

Support pricing, promotions, trade investment, and customer-level profitability analysis.

Translate financial data into strategic insights for business leaders.

Participate in commercial discussions, planning cycles, and new product launches.

5. Strategic Support to the Execom

Serve as second-in-command of the COO and represent the Finance Department when required.

Support key shareholder meetings and reporting.

Lead special projects including process improvements, cost optimization, and system enhancements.

Mentor junior finance staff and help build future talent pipelines.

Name of the position: Corporate Finance & Business Partnering Manager

Education & Professional Credentials:

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required

Graduate of Accountancy, Finance, or related discipline

Preferably with honors or consistent academic performance

Experience

58 years total finance experience

Minimum 3 years Big 4 audit experience (SGV/EY, PwC, KPMG, Deloitte)

Strong FP&A background: forecasting, modeling, KPI analysis, strategic planning

Preferably with FMCG, pharmaceutical, retail, or distribution experience

Proven experience supporting cross-functional teams

Previous exposure to foreign shareholder requirements is an advantage

Core Competencies

Advanced financial modelling (pricing, ROI, scenario, sensitivity analysis)
