Job Description

The position holder is responsible for providing senior management and business development teams with analysis and information they need to make major operational, financial, decisions enabling it to achieve its strategic Capital Investment Decisions on new businesses.

Outcomes Expected and Responsibilities:

  • Manages financial modeling, planning, and budgeting for key projects to achieve ARI's long-term and short-term financial goals.
  • Presents variance analysis and explanation of financial statements and highlights issues.
  • Producing models to project long-term growth and determine the impacting business factors.
  • Provide insights to senior management around financial modeling, forecasts, and profitability.
  • Delivery of market analysis, market trends, and associated commentary
  • Preparing business cases to support the investment, strategy, and other business decisions
  • Builds budgets and forecasts of future company performance.
  • Provides financial advisory services to business development teams to determine the possible impact of relevant issues on valuation and investment cases. This includes conducting research, challenging the validity of assumptions, evaluating the impact of deal structures and financing options, and preparing management reports and presentations.
  • Generate a higher return on investment than the initial cost on financing by recommending value creation solutions and financing solutions to ARI as a whole.
  • Support projection process, including review of submitted forecasts, integration with other data sources, and communication of results and implications to management
  • Develops and implement ARI's financial policies. Works with the Corporate Finance Team to ensure that financial policies are aligned and developed and optimized in a timely manner.
  • Build, maintain, and enhance financial models and analyses in support of ARI's business goals.
  • Creates presentation materials and deck for board meetings and other senior executive requests.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be a Bachelor's Degree holder in Financial Management, Accounting, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience in Corporate Finance.
  • At least 5 years of leadership experience.
  • Strong expertise in financial modeling, project finance, financial reporting, and investor engagement.
  • Experience coordinating with banks, partners, and external stakeholders.
  • Preferably a holder of CFA certification.
