About Amplify

Amplify is one of the leading digital entertainment companies in the Asia Pacific region. As a young and ambitious company, we are focused on redefining the entertainment business for the 21st century. At Amplify, we create and develop commercial opportunities and audience engagement for some of Australia and Asia's biggest online creators through media partnerships, live events, and social commerce, ensuring the growth of our talent.

As a global agency led by creators, we operate at the intersection of talent, content, and culture. With offices in Australia, the Asia Pacific region, the United States, and beyond, we collaborate with some of the world's largest brands to craft innovative campaigns that resonate with youth audiences. Our specialties include influencer marketing, social content, and ongoing talent partnerships that leverage digital platforms.

The Role

This role is the linguistic engine of our agency, responsible for ensuring every piece of content, from a daily TikTok to a high-production video script, is on-brand, engaging, and flawlessly executed.

In addition to copywriting, this role will also support LinkedIn publishing and scheduling, ensuring content is accurately uploaded, formatted, scheduled, and optimised using social media management tools.

You'll be servicing the entire business, making a direct impact on client success and our agency's growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write, proofread, and finalise the daily volume of engaging, on-brand copy for all client social channels, including captions, tweets, facebook posts, linkedin updates, and tiktok overlays.
  • Develop detailed, engaging, and production-ready scripts for a variety of video and audio content, including short-form social videos, long-form narratives, ad spots, and client case studies.
  • Manage the scheduling and publishing of LinkedIn content using native platform tools and third-party scheduling platforms, ensuring accuracy, formatting, tagging, and timing alignment.
  • Maintain and manage LinkedIn content calendars and posting schedules in coordination with internal stakeholders.
  • Optimise LinkedIn posts for performance, including headline structure, hooks, tagging strategy, and formatting best practices.
  • Contribute persuasive copy and creative concepts to new business responses and pitch presentations to help sell in agency ideas and strategies.
  • Own and manage the voice and tone for multiple client brands, ensuring consistency and strategic alignment across every social touchpoint.
  • Develop both reactive and proactive copy for community management and engagement initiatives to drive conversation and connection.
  • Collaborate closely with the Content Director and production team to ensure scripts are visually feasible, align with the creative vision, and meet stated client objectives.
  • Handle multiple rounds of script revisions efficiently and accurately to maintain a fast-paced production pipeline.
  • Create polished and persuasive copy for our own business development and marketing materials, showcasing our expertise and successes.
  • Write impactful copy for our website, pitch decks, case studies, and internal communications.
  • Develop compelling copy for agency thought leadership pieces and press releases that position us as industry leaders.

Qualifications And Experience

  • Proven experience: 3+ years of professional copywriting experience, with a significant focus on social media and digital content (agency experience is a plus).
  • Scripting expertise: Demonstrated ability to write effective, concise, and engaging video scripts for various lengths and platforms.
  • Strategic & creative: The ability to understand complex client strategies and translate them into simple, creative, and action-oriented copy.
  • Fast-paced efficiency: Exceptional time management skills and the ability to deliver high-quality, high-volume work under tight deadlines.
  • A critical eye: Flawless grammar and spelling, with an obsessive attention to detail.
  • Must be willing to commit to a 10-month fixed-term contract.

Preferred Skills (Optional)

  • Experience working across international markets or with remote teams.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and basic performance reporting for LinkedIn or other social platforms.
  • Experience supporting thought leadership or executive LinkedIn accounts.
