Job Summary:
The Product Copywriter (UX/UI) is a key member of Digital Marketing, crafting the words that shape how users experience our digital banking products, from RCBC Pulz to other next-generation platforms. This role combines creativity, strategy, and empathy to create clear, intuitive, and human-sounding copy across apps, websites, and digital touchpoints.
You'll partner closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and developers to ensure every message, from button text to onboarding flows, feels purposeful, easy to understand, and aligned with our brand voice: smart, approachable, and aspirational.
How will you contribute:
- Write clear, concise, and user-focused copy for apps, websites, and digital interfaces (e.g., tooltips, error messages, CTAs, notifications, and onboarding screens).
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure copy enhances usability, accessibility, and visual hierarchy.
- Translate technical or financial concepts into simple, relatable language that builds user confidence.
- Maintain a consistent voice and tone across all product touchpoints, aligned with RCBC's brand personality.
- Work with product and marketing teams to bridge storytelling and functionality in product launches and in-app campaigns.
- Contribute to content systems and UX writing guidelines to scale a unified experience across DEIG products.
- Participate in usability testing and incorporate insights to refine copy for better comprehension and conversion.
What will make you successful:
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, English, Marketing, Journalism, or any related field.
- 7+ years of experience in marketing/advertising with focus on product/brands, with at least 2 years in a senior marketing or advertising role
- 24 years of experience in UX writing, product copywriting, or content design (experience in digital banking, fintech, or tech-driven products is a plus)
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and user-centric design
- Familiar with Figma, Notion, or similar design and collaboration tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for clarity, tone, and flow
