Role Title: Coordinator, Faculty Engagement & CLE CompliancePosition Overview The Faculty Operations & CLE Coordinator supports faculty administration, Continuing Legal Education (CLE) coordination, webinar operations, and practitioner support workflows across client's national Education & Engagement portfolio.
Working closely with the Assistant Director, Faculty Strategy & Engagement, this role helps ensure that faculty engagement processes, CLE documentation, webinar coordination, and participant support systems are organized, accurate, and operationally consistent across conferences, trainings, institutes, webinars, and virtual learning experiences.
This position functions as a remote coordination and administrative infrastructure role supporting faculty operations and educational compliance processes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, responsive, and capable of managing multiple concurrent priorities within a fast-paced national association environment.
This role does not own faculty strategy, educational direction, or onsite program leadership, but instead supports the operational coordination, documentation, tracking, and workflow management necessary to maintain strong faculty engagement and compliant educational delivery.
Core ResponsibilitiesFaculty Coordination & Administrative Support- Coordinate faculty communications, scheduling, tracking, and follow-up across educational programs and initiatives
- Support faculty onboarding processes, agreements, travel coordination, and reimbursement tracking
- Collect and organize faculty materials including biographies, presentations, headshots, handouts, and AV requests
- Maintain faculty databases, communication records, and tracking systems
- Track outstanding faculty deliverables and ensure timely follow-up
- Support faculty scheduling and webinar preparation activities
CLE Administration & Compliance Coordination- Support administration of Continuing Legal Education (CLE) requirements across multiple states and jurisdictions
- Prepare and organize CLE applications, attendance records, certificates, and supporting documentation
- Maintain accurate tracking systems for CLE submissions, approvals, reporting deadlines, and participant records
- Coordinate attendance reconciliation and post-program documentation processing
- Support compliance tracking and ensure documentation remains organized and current
- Monitor and respond to CLE inbox inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with responding to CLE-related participant questions and requests
Webinar & Virtual Education Coordination- Support operational coordination of webinars and virtual education offerings
- Coordinate webinar scheduling, faculty logistics, participant communications, and materials preparation
- Assist with webinar setup, attendance tracking, polling support, and follow-up communications
- Ensure webinar materials, participant resources, and supporting documentation are organized and distributed appropriately
- Support consistency across virtual learning workflows and faculty preparation processes
Technical Assistance & Stakeholder Support- Monitor and coordinate intake of Technical Assistance requests and training-related inquiries
- Route requests appropriately and maintain organized tracking systems
- Support communication with prosecutors, faculty, participants, and organizational partners
- Maintain timely, professional, and service-oriented stakeholder communication
- Assist with tracking recurring practitioner requests and maintaining departmental support documentation
Evaluation, Tracking & Reporting Support- Coordinate distribution and collection of post-program evaluations and surveys
- Maintain organized reporting and tracking systems related to faculty participation, webinar engagement, and CLE completion
- Support compilation of evaluation data and operational reporting materials
- Assist with maintaining participant and faculty engagement records
Systems, Process & Documentation Management- Maintain standardized templates, workflows, trackers, and operational documentation related to faculty coordination and CLE processes
- Support process consistency across educational offerings and learning formats
- Assist with maintaining organized shared systems and departmental documentation
- Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency, organization, and coordination processes
Qualifications- 3-7 years of experience in education administration, faculty coordination, CLE administration, webinar coordination, association support, legal education support, or related operational environments
- Experience supporting webinars, virtual learning, conferences, or professional education programs preferred
- Familiarity with Continuing Legal Education (CLE) processes strongly preferred
- Experience working within deadline-driven, documentation-heavy, or compliance-focused environments preferred
- Experience working within remote or distributed team environments preferred
