We are seeking a highly competent and dependable IT Coordinator to support day-to-day IT operations, asset lifecycle management, end-user technical support, and equipment coordination. This position is a full-time remote role.
Key Responsibilities
End-User Support & Technical Operations
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 hardware and software support.
- Troubleshoot issues involving Windows 10/11, Mac OS, Chromebooks, Virtual Desktop and general desktop environments.
- Logitech Sync Conference room support
- Support licensing and troubleshooting for JAMF, NinjaOne, Zoom Rooms, Google Meet, Google Workspace Suite, Microsoft Project, M365 Identity, InfoBlox, Atlassian, Microsoft Intune and M365 Office Applications.
- Assist in account setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Assist and gain experience in supporting the Network Administrator.
- Assist in Mobile Device Management on iOS and Android devices.
- Perform regular checks within the security portal.
- Monitor device compliance and assist in addressing security findings.
- Support cybersecurity-related escalations and follow-up actions.
Work Setup & Candidate Requirements
- Willing to work on shifting schedules.
- Ability to speak Korean Language (a must have)
- Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in IT support or IT operations.
- Minimum of 3–5 years experience in Microsoft M365 support and administration.
- Minimum of 3–5 years experience Windows 11, Windows VM, and Mac OS support.
- Ability to navigate and manage third party technical support systems.
- Applicants must hold a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or any relevant IT related degree.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to follow instructions, work autonomously, and knowing when to escalate an issue.
