StudyPass is a Philippine-based study abroad consultancy helping Filipino students get into universities in Germany, Canada, Spain, Australia, and New Zealand. We operate through Katherine May (Kat), our consultant and on-camera talent, and a behind-the-scenes ops team managing strategy, content, and marketing. Our primary content channel is @misskatherinemay on TikTok, and we drive consultations through studypass.ph.
The Role
We are looking for a sharp, proactive Content & Admin Assistant to work closely with Kat on a day-to-day basis. You will be the operational backbone behind her — managing how she shows up online, handling the flood of inquiries that come in across platforms, and helping turn her knowledge into content and pitch materials students actually act on.
This is a hybrid, full-time role (8 hours/day). You will work on-site in Makati for collaborative tasks and remotely when needed.
What You Will Do
Social Media Inquiry Management
- Monitor and respond to DMs, comments, and inquiries across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Threads, and LinkedIn daily
- Use approved response templates and scripts to qualify leads and route them to book a consultation at studypass.ph/call
- Flag complex or high-priority inquiries to Kat for personal follow-up
- Track inquiry volume and common questions weekly
Pitch Deck & Student Recommendations
- Assist Kat in preparing customized pitch decks for students based on their profile, target country, and program
- Populate slide templates with scholarship options, tuition costs, visa timelines, and partner school recommendations
- Proofread and format decks before they are sent to students
- Maintain an organized library of pitch templates by country (Germany, Canada, Spain, Australia, New Zealand)
Content Creation & Distribution
- Support Kat in producing TikTok scripts, Reels hooks, Threads posts, and LinkedIn content using approved voice and frameworks
- Schedule and publish content across all platforms on time
- Assist in coordinating shoot days — preparing scripts, props, and briefing Kat on talking points
- Repurpose long-form content into platform-specific formats (Shorts, Snapchat, Facebook Reels)
- Maintain the monthly content calendar and flag upcoming gaps or opportunities
Airbnb Customer Service (Secondary)
- Handle guest inquiries, check-in instructions, and review responses for Airbnb units when bandwidth allows
- Escalate property or booking issues as needed
What We Are Looking For
- Excellent written Filipino and English — you can write in Taglish naturally and match a voice
- Strong attention to detail — no typos in student pitch decks, no missed DMs
- Familiarity with TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, and LinkedIn as a user
- Comfortable with Google Slides, Canva, or PowerPoint for deck formatting
- Organized and self-managing — you can own a content calendar without being micromanaged
- Interest in or knowledge of study abroad, education, or migration is a plus
- Prior experience in social media management, VA work, or content coordination is preferred
