Our client is looking for a detail-driven Construction Estimator to take ownership of estimates from scope review through bid submission. You'll work with vendors, clients, and internal teams to build accurate, competitive bids that help win profitable projects.

What You'll Do

• Review and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Perform accurate quantity takeoffs and cost estimates.
• Build detailed estimates based on project scope, materials, labor, and requirements.
• Send RFPs to vendors, collect and compare quotes, and follow up on pricing.
• Submit RFIs to clients to clarify scope and project requirements.
• Apply working knowledge of electrical and lighting systems when estimating.
• Maintain organized pricing, estimating files, and project documentation.
• Use STACK, Bluebeam, or similar takeoff and estimating software.
• Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to keep bids moving.
• Manage multiple estimates and deliver accurate work under tight deadlines.

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience in construction estimating and quantity takeoffs.
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Experience with RFPs, RFIs, vendor pricing, and project documentation.
• Working knowledge of electrical and lighting systems.
• Experience with STACK, Bluebeam, or similar software.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
