Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Concierge located in Makati. The Concierge will be responsible for providing exceptional front-line customer service, handling reservations, executing receptionist duties, and managing general concierge services. The role also includes ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for all guests and visitors, while addressing their inquiries and needs promptly and effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Concierge Services and handling Reservations
• Proficiency in Receptionist Duties and ensuring a professional front desk environment
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to maintain a courteous and welcoming demeanor in all interactions
• Organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
• Experience in a customer-facing role is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred
