Longevity Concierge
About the Role
We are looking for a highly personable, professional, and service-oriented individual to join our team as a Longevity Concierge.
This role is focused on delivering a premium wellness and recovery experience for our members by combining hospitality, client relationship management, operational coordination, and member engagement. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, people-focused, and passionate about creating exceptional client experiences.
As a Longevity Concierge, you will become one of the key relationship holders within the department — helping members feel welcomed, guided, supported, and engaged throughout their wellness journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist members and guests within the longevity facility
- Deliver a personalized and premium client experience
- Coordinate client schedules, modalities, and session flow
- Work closely with coaches, nurses, therapists, and front desk teams
- Monitor and maintain readiness of recovery and wellness spaces
- Build strong relationships with recurring members and VIP clients
- Assist in member retention and engagement initiatives
- Follow up with inactive or absent members
- Support workshops, educational events, and community activities
- Assist with gathering testimonials, reviews, and member feedback
- Help maintain overall ambiance, cleanliness, and service quality within the department
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and client-facing environment
- Ability to multitask and coordinate with multiple departments
- Interest in wellness, recovery, fitness, or longevity is a plus
- Experience in luxury hospitality, premium gyms, wellness centers, or concierge services is an advantage
