Role OverviewThe Sales Representative will be responsible for engaging prospective clients, explaining concierge or medical concierge services, qualifying leads, and converting inquiries into paying customers or booked consultations. This role requires excellent communication skills, relationship-building abilities, and a consultative sales approach.
Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups with prospective clients
- Educate prospects about concierge and medical concierge services
- Build rapport and maintain professional relationships with clients
- Qualify leads and assess client needs
- Schedule consultations or appointments for providers and the sales team
- Conduct consistent follow-ups with warm and cold leads
- Maintain accurate records and updates within the CRM system
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding process
- Meet or exceed sales and conversion targets
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process
Qualifications- Previous experience in concierge sales, medical concierge, healthcare sales, luxury service sales, or high-touch customer service
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable handling phone-based sales conversations
- Ability to quickly build trust and rapport with clients
- Experience using CRM systems and sales tools is preferred
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented
- Experience in appointment setting, lead qualification, or consultative sales is an advantage

Schedule & Work Setup- Remote / Work-from-Home setup
- Stable internet connection and quiet work environment required
- EST schedule, 6 hours daily, Monday to Friday
