This is a full-time on-site position based in Cabuyao for a Computer Aided Design (CAD) Operator. The role involves creating, modifying, and reviewing technical drawings using CAD software, ensuring precision and adherence to project specifications. The CAD Operator will collaborate closely with engineers and architects to interpret design intentions and ensure feasibility. Other responsibilities include maintaining and updating project documentation, coordinating with other departments, and actively supporting the preparation of plans for various construction works.

• Proficiency in Computer Operations and Computer Literacy, including experience with specialized CAD software and other relevant tools
• Strong Communication skills for collaborating with team members and interpreting project requirements
• Back Office Operations experience, including file management and documentation
• Typing proficiency and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in engineering or construction-related CAD operations is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in Drafting, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
