Job Description
- Manage workforce data, analytics, dashboards, and reporting to support strategic decision-making and ensure data integrity across HR systems.
- Drive HR compliance and audit readiness by monitoring labor law adherence, preparing audit documentation, and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- Draft, review, and implement HR policies aligned with business goals, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements, ensuring clear stakeholder communication.
- Partner with leaders to identify capability gaps and support talent development initiatives, including training and continuous improvement programs.
- Provide end-to-end HR business partnering support covering engagement, employee relations, retention, and manpower planning in collaboration with Talent Acquisition.
The Successful Applicant
- HR Generalist experience with strong exposure to compliance, employee relations, talent development, and people analytics.
- Solid knowledge of Philippine Labor Law and its practical application.
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proven ability to align HR initiatives with business and operational objectives.
