Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in quality assurance, product validation, or process improvement.
Strong knowledge of relevant software, QA methods, tools, and quality manufacturing processes.
Solid analytical skills to interpret test results, document findings, and recommend corrective actions.
Technical background and experience in the automotive industry is an advantage.
Experience in supplier quality assurance, including working closely with suppliers, evaluating incoming materials, and conducting supplier audits, is an advantage.
Knowledgeable in ISO 9001 requirements and compliance frameworks.
