As Compliance Specialist, you will oversee and ensure project compliance by providing strategic permitting support, monitoring progress, addressing non-compliance issues, and coordinating with stakeholders across all project phases and contribute directly to transforming energy for a better world. You will work closely with Security team to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Providing physical, strategic, and technical support to the company's projects in the region, including but not limited to the development of a comprehensive end-to-end permitting strategy from pre-development Phase to Operations Phase, aligned with project team's targeted timelines and project budget.
- Regularly report to management concerning the Project's progress, as well as its compliance with laws and regulations.
- Taking action in dealing with incidents of non-compliance, and, in collaboration with the company's departments, creating a realistic action plans to overcome them.
- Communicating with project team, contractors, and site personnel, whether organic or inorganic, to make sure everyone is aware of what is needed to comply with internal and external laws and regulations.

What You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Experience in permitting, regulatory compliance, or project management (preferably in energy or infrastructure projects)
- Familiarity with local laws, regulations, and permitting processes is an advantage
- Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to analyze issues, develop action plans, and ensure compliance across all project phases
