Ensure JC Premieres operations remain fully compliant with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal standardssupporting the companys mission to provide world-class products and services with integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop & Implement Policies Create and regularly update JC Premiere internal policies and procedures to align with current laws, regulations, and the companys strategic objectives.
- Monitor & Audit Conduct periodic reviews of operational processes to confirm adherence to legal guidelines and JC Premieres internal policies, ensuring seamless business operations.
- Conduct Risk Assessment Identify and evaluate potential compliance risks across departments to prevent violations and strengthen internal control systems.
- Educate & Train Staff Provide training and guidance to employees on regulatory requirements, company policies, and JC Premieres core values to foster a culture of compliance and excellence.
- Liaise with Departments: Act as a key contact between departments and senior management, ensuring compliance initiatives are integrated with JC Premieres growth strategies.
- Report & Investigate: Document compliance activities, investigate potential violations, and present findings with recommendations to management to support informed decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 24 years of relevant compliance or audit experience preferred.
- Knowledge & Skills: Strong grasp of laws, regulations, and industry guidelines relevant to JC Premieres operations; excellent communication and analytical skills.
