We are seeking an experienced
Compliance Assistant to join our team at MANILA BANKERS LIFE INSURANCE CORP in Makati City Metro Manila. This is a full-time role that will play a vital part in ensuring our operations adhere to all relevant regulations and industry standards.
What You'll Be Doing
- Assisting the Compliance team with the implementation and monitoring of compliance policies and procedures
- Conducting regular compliance audits and reporting on findings
- Providing support in the preparation of compliance-related documents and reports
- Staying up-to-date with changes in regulations and communicating these to relevant stakeholders
- Collaborating with other departments to identify and address compliance risks
- Maintaining comprehensive records and documentation related to compliance activities
- Providing training and guidance to employees on compliance requirements
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years of experience in a compliance or administrative support role, preferably within the insurance industry
- Strong understanding of compliance regulations and best practices
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
