Job Summary: To ensure PDDC's compliance with Philippine laws and other statutory and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure PDDC's compliance with statutory/regulatory requirements and other applicable laws.
Initial Expected Output/Key Results
- Submission of DENR and DOLE-required reports such as the Compliance Monitoring Report (CMR), Occupational Health & Safety Program and subsequent reports.
- Establish PDDC's Compliance Department
- Lead the creation and implementation of PDDC's sustainability, energy conservation and management, and occupational health and safety programs.
- Draft and process the approval of the relevant programs (energy management, environmental/health/safety)
- Conduct subsequent audits.

- Ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization and with external customers/partners.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other data analysis tools.
EDUCATION, TRAININGS, LICENSES REQUIRED:
- Must be a Certified Energy Auditor (CEA)
- With at least 3 years of experience in leading energy conservation, management and audit.
- Degree in Engineering, preferably in the areas of mechanical, electrical, civil, chemical, environmental and sanitary
Preferences:
- Certified Energy Manager and/or Certified Conservation Officer
- Completed the Basic PCO Training Course by an EMB-recognized training organization/institution within the last 3 years.
- Safety Officer 3 (SO3) under DOLE DO 252-25 (SO4 is a plus)
