The Company Nurse is responsible for promoting and maintaining the health and well-being of employees by providing direct nursing care, managing health programs, ensuring
compliance with occupational safety standards, and supporting health and safety initiatives in the workplace. Manage health educational programs and clinic orientations, monitors and maintains medical records, and ensures proper handling and inventory of medicinal supplies This role also serves as the Health & Safety Officer and plays a critical part in workplace risk management, emergency preparedness, and compliance with labor and health regulations.

Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid PRC license.
- Preferably completed Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Training or COSH/BOSH (DOLE-accredited).
- Preferably with experience in an industrial or corporate setting.
- Knowledge of labor regulations, occupational health standards, and emergency care protocols.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
