Role Description The Company Nurse is a full-time, on-site role based in Davao. This role is responsible for providing occupational health services to employees, including basic medical assessment, first aid, and emergency response for work-related incidents. The Company Nurse monitors employee health, maintains medical records, and supports health and safety programs such as immunizations, wellness initiatives, and health education. The role collaborates with HR and Safety Officers on workplace ergonomics, incident reporting, and compliance with local health and safety regulations. Daily tasks include administering treatment as needed, coordinating with external healthcare providers, conducting health surveillance, and promoting a safe and healthy work environment across farm and plant operations.

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse in the Philippines, with current PRC registration and good standing.
• Preferably with BOSH for Nurses issued by OHNAP.
• Occupational health and safety skills, including first aid, emergency care, basic life support, and knowledge of workplace health standards.
• Clinical assessment and documentation skills, including vital signs monitoring, health screening, and accurate medical record-keeping.
• Health education and communication skills to conduct orientations, awareness campaigns, and individual counseling on wellness and disease prevention.
• Ability to coordinate with HR and Safety teams on incident reporting, work environment assessments, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple cases and administrative tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to work on-site in Davao and within farm and plant environments; experience in manufacturing, agriculture, or poultry industry is an advantage.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office) for reporting and record management; familiarity with health-related documentation systems is a plus.
